- Payment data: transaction references processed by Stripe (we do not store full card or bank details)
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited (via server logs)
- Chat messages: text you enter in our on-site chat widget

We process personal data for the following purposes and legal bases:
- Contract performance: to deliver the services you ordered, communicate about your project, and send invoices
- Legitimate interest: to respond to enquiries, improve our website, prevent fraud, and protect our business

5. How long we keep data
- Project & client data: up to 7 years after project completion (for legal and tax obligations)
- Enquiry messages: up to 2 years if no project follows
- Payment records: as required by Dutch tax law (typically 7 years)
- Server logs: up to 90 days
7. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption, secure payment handling via Stripe, and limiting access to personal data to those who need it.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. If you believe your data has been compromised, contact us immediately.
8. Your rights (GDPR / AVG)
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
